Before we price a job, we look at the soil, how water drains off the property, what will be driven or parked on the slab, and how exposed it is to freeze and thaw. That tells us how deep the base needs to be, which mix to use and where the joints go.

Our proven 4-step process

Consultation & Estimate
We come out and look at the soil, the drainage and how you will use the space. We talk through what you want and give you a written estimate.

Site Prep & Engineering
We remove the old concrete, dig out, fix root and drainage problems, and compact a stone base with a plate compactor. This is the part a lot of contractors rush.

Installation & Pour
We set the forms and reinforcement, pour a high-strength mix and finish it. Our own crew does this, never a subcontractor.
4
Curing & Walkthrough
We put down a cure-and-seal, clean up the site, and walk through the finished job with you before we call it done.
